Hysterical is a captivating 7-part series that delves into a mysterious illness that has spread among a group of high school girls in upstate New York. The series, produced by Wondery and Pineapple Street Studios, examines the outbreak in LeRoy, NY, which some believe to be the most severe case of mass hysteria since the Salem Witch Trials.

Investigative journalist Dan Taberski (9/12, Missing Richard Simmons, Running from Cops) leads the search for answers, exploring other seemingly inexplicable events of the recent past, such as CIA officers being crippled with nausea and vertigo, and cops overdosing from exposure to fentanyl.
